Jim Broman has been a dedicated member of the Perrault Construction team for many years.  As Production Manager, Jim oversees every detail to realize the customer’s vision.  With expert knowledge of best practices Jim is vital to Perrault Construction’s success.  Leading and inspiring carpenter teams, Jim fosters a culture of excellence.  Beyond his professional accomplishments, Jim finds solace in the tranquil waters of fishing, a hobby that complements his dynamic professional life.

Jim Perrault, the visionary founder of Perrault Construction, built more than just a company—he built a legacy of trust, honesty, and excellence that has stood strong for over 50 years. Through his leadership, Perrault Construction became the most trusted name in the Twin Ports, setting the standard for fairness and integrity in the construction industry.

Beyond his professional achievements, Jim has always been deeply committed to his community. A steadfast supporter of charitable organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of the Northland, Knights of Columbus, and various Catholic charities, Jim’s generosity and dedication to making a positive impact have left an indelible mark on the lives of many.

Now retired, Jim spends his time enjoying life with his wife, reflecting on the company he built and the values he instilled, which continue to guide Perrault Construction today. His legacy is one of excellence, compassion, and an unwavering commitment to doing what’s right.
